All product prices are in Euro including VAT (10, 13 or 20%) and excluding applicable shipping costs.

Order, withdrawal and prices:
You can order from us in the online store through simple, easy to recognize processes.
Your order on our web store is binding. You have the option to return the UNUSED goods without giving reasons, within a period of 14 days after receipt of the shipment. The period begins with receipt of the goods and this instruction.
To comply with them, it is sufficient to send the return request in text form (letter, email or fax) or the timely dispatch of the goods. Please contact us before returning the goods!

In the event of the effective exercise of the right of return, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. benefits of use) must be surrendered. In the event of deterioration of the goods, compensation may be demanded. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their inspection - as it would have been possible for you in a retail store.
In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods as an owner and refrain from doing anything that could reduce their value. If you make use of your right of return, the purchase contract becomes void.
All live products (e.g. seeds, clones) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Your total price is the sum of the products you ordered, the taxes imposed on them and the packaging and shipping costs - "shipping costs" or "shipping" for short. They are clearly displayed in your shopping cart.
We expressly reserve the right to change prices. However, a price change will NEVER affect you during an order and its payment - you always pay exactly the price at which you ordered. However, we reserve the right not to accept orders without giving any reason. If this should affect you, we will of course inform you by e-mail.
If customs or similar fees are incurred in the course of shipping to the address you have provided, they will be at your expense.
Payment:
You can pay us by advance, bank transfer or credit card. The goods remain our property until full payment.
Shipping:
Your shipping cost is clearly displayed when you place your order.
We normally deliver on the next business day after order / receipt of payment, that is, depending on the place of residence, the delivery should not take longer than one to three business days. We usually ship with GLS Austria or DPD.
We pack your shipment in a neutral envelope/box and make sure it is break-proof.
Upon acceptance, the customer undertakes to inspect the package for damage in transit. If the package is damaged, we ask not to accept the package. We are not liable for damages caused by the transport company!
